Add Google Chrome via apt

An example on how to add Google Chrome repo as per Add apt signing keys to debian, the right way.

NB: Installing google chrome will undo all of your good work. The google-chrome.list needs to be fixed to signify that it's signed correctly correctly!

Bypass Google Security Protections for "less secure app" login

Since July 15 2014, Google have by default disabled access by "less secure apps" to things like IMAPS.

This means running something like mbsync or getmail which only uses PLAIN or LOGIN AUTH is declared a "less secure app" and will put you into a loop of being told to log into your account via a web page to confirm the login attempt was you, force doing a very secure confirmation that it IS you, and then just throw the same damn error again.

Permanently Disable Google Auto-Complete by Adding complete=0 to Homepage URL

I clear my cookies cache, and everything else, any time my browser closes and it drives me up a freakin wall that every time I open the browser that the dreaded google auto-complete is there and ready to go.

It sucks because I type faster than it can handle, and I watch the screen while doing it. Because I'm reading while I'm typing, I end up typing whatever random thing that google comes up with instead of what I want to search for!
