Drupal Console: Create new multi-site with URL

The output will become very verbose and provide instruction on how to automate this. In this instance, this is quite useless. This does nothing for us here.

This is the directory to be created.

testing1.site

In theory, this should be the URL included in the sites.php file, however it is never used.

Alternate, again not working attempt:

drupal multisite:new --learning --uri="http://testing.site" testing1 testing.site
